The Wife of the Governor of Abia State, Mrs. Priscilla Chidinma Otti who stated this, added that the State Government, through the Ministry of Women Affairs and the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Protection, is working in synergy to achieve this.
Mrs. Otti said this when she

Southeastposts reports that the homes visited by the First Lady included: the Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Motherless Babies Home in Aba, the Ngwa Road Motherless Babies Home, and the Victims of Need Social and Motherless Babies Home (VNSMBH).

Mrs Otti assured that the state government will continue to support motherless babies’ homes and similar institutions with food supplies, essential materials, and financial assistance to ease the burden on caregivers.
While commending the caregivers for their dedication and selfless service, the Wife of the Governor restated the commitment of the Governor Alex Otti administration to the consistent support of vulnerable groups across the state.
