Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, the Senator representing Abia North, says he is optimistic that the support of his constituents will result in his re-election.
Kalu while speaking to newsmen in his Igbere residence on Thursday, added that he does not win elections through rigging but with the genuine votes of the people.
The former Abia Governor who was reacting to a statement made by Governor Alex Otti said concerning election riggers in Abia, stressed that his previous election victories as governor and senator were not due to electoral malpractice.
Kalu also accused Otti of allowing his media aides to attack him on social media.
