‎Sen Abaribe Finally Dumps APGA for ADC

‎After months of speculation, Abia South Senator, Eyinnaya Abaribe, has ditched the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, for the African Democratic Congress, ADC.
‎
‎Abaribe made the announcement on Wednesday, in Enugu shortly after former Labour Party presidential candidate in the 2023 general elections, Mr Peter Obi, formally joined the ADC.
‎
‎Recall that Abaribe had joined APGA in 2023 after leaving his previous party to contest the Abia South senatorial seat.
‎
‎The lawmaker declared his full alignment with the ADC, describing Obi as his political leader.
‎
‎He said, “Let me also announce that I have resigned from the All-Progressive Grand Alliance.”
