Ebonyi PDP Hails Appointment of New Caretaker Committee in South-East

Following the appointment of a new Caretaker Committee of the party in South-East, the leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Ebonyi State has hailed the move, saying it will reposition the party.

‎The PDP said the appointment of Chidiebere Egwu and his team is a testimony that the National Working Committee of the PDP under the leadership of the Acting National Chairman, Abdulrahman Abdullahi and National Secretary, Senator Samuel Anyanwu are very much in tune with the need to revive the PDP in the Southeast.

‎This was contained in a statement issued on Thursday, by its state caretaker chairman, Ekuma and Secretary, Moses ldika and made available to journalists in Abakaliki.

‎According to the PDP in Ebonyi, “As we congratulate the Southeast Caretaker Committee, we urge them to get to work to ensure that all the outstanding congresses are conducted.
