Abia NSCDC Reaffirms Commitment to Protect National Assets

The Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Abia State Command, Akinsola Aderemi, has reaffirmed the commitment of the Corps to safeguard critical national assets, promote peace and unity within the state.

A statement made available to newsmen on Friday by the Public Relations Officer
NSCDC, Abia State Command, ASC II Doreen Udugwu, said Aderemi made the pledge while welcoming the Curator of the National War Museum, Mrs. Stella Alao and her team to the Command’s Headquarters who came on a courtesy visit.

In her remarks, Mrs. Alao lauded the NSCDC for its dedication to protecting lives and property.

She expressed her readiness to partner the Command in initiatives that support national security and community development.

According to the PRO of the NSCDC, the visit was aimed at fostering mutual understanding, and exploring avenues for partnership to ensure the protection of the national heritage.
