Following the outcome of the by-election in Anambra state, Governor Chukwuma Soludo has declared that the Labour Party and African Democratic Congress ADC, are dead and non-existent in Anambra.
Soludo said the results of Saturday’s by-elections in the state is an indication that, “ADC and LP does not exist in Anambra. We showed it on Saturday. both parties are dead,”
The Anambra helmsman made this statement on Sunday during an event in the Nanka area of the state to celebrate the victory of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, in the by-elections.
Southeastposts reports that Soludo also mocked Obi, who supported ADC candidates in the polls, stressing that the party does not exist in Anambra.
He also said the ADC opposition coalition had sought to use the by-election in Anambra to test its popularity, but “the people spoke overwhelmingly with over 75%.”
