Gov Otti Approves 25k for all Newly Recruited Teachers

Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti has directed the immediate payment of twenty five thousand naira (N25,000) each to all the newly recruited Teachers who took part in the just concluded orientation.

A statement made available to newsmen Thursday evening by the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, signed by the Commissioner, Elder Goodluck Ubochi, revealed that the payment is meant for transportation and logistics.

The statement further directed participants to log on to the recruitment portal via the Ministry’s website, www.mobse-abiastategov.ng to provide their bank details for payments.
