The State Chief Judge, Justice Lilian Abai has directed the relocation of the Chief Magistrate Court, Orie Agalaba, Ohanze from its present location to High Court Umuobiakwa both in Obingwa Magisterial District.
A statement signed by the Chief Registrar, High Court of Justice Umuahia, Mrs Alwell Beauty and made available to newsmen, stated that the movement is for smooth and conducive dispensation of justice while the directive is with immediate effect.
According to the statement, Sitting is between Tuesday and Friday each week just as the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Branches and the public are enjoined to take note of this development.
