Oil magnate and philanthropist, Arthur Eze, has publicly endorsed Governor Chukwuma Soludo for a second term.
In a press statement issued on Wednesday by Soludo’s Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, Eze declared his support during a visit by the governor to his residence in Abuja.
The statement revealed that Eze described Soludo as divinely anointed to lead and rebuild Anambra State just as he commended his achievements over the past three years, asserting that his leadership is a manifestation of divine destiny.
“No individual or group can defeat Governor Soludo in the upcoming election; he is ordained by God to continue leading Anambra to greatness,” Eze said. “I appeal to Ndi Anambra to rally behind Soludo for the ongoing development of the state. Soludo has character; his name ‘Chukwuma’ means ‘God knows His plan,’ which perfectly aligns with his purpose and actions.”
The Oil Magnet also faulted those opposing Soludo’s re-election bid, describing them as lacking credibility and vision. “I have unwavering confidence in the governor’s capability,” he added.
Responding, Soludo reaffirmed his dedication to the transformation and progress of Anambra State.
He said, “Anambra has all it takes to be a great state. There is nothing we envision for Anambra that we cannot achieve,” Soludo said, highlighting the abundance of human and natural resources necessary to drive development.
