Abia State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, has informed all Candidates who sat for the Computer-Based Test CBT Exam that the cut-off mark has been set at 45% score.
A release signed by the Chairman Recruitment Committee, For the Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Elder Goodluck Ubochi says the oral interview holds from March 31 to April 4th ,2025 while Candidates are advised to check their dashboard for their designated interview batch, date, time and venue.
According to the release Candidates are required to bring the following original and photocopies for the interview: birth certificate or age declaration affidavit, Local Government of origin certificate, three passport photographs (which must be in white background), evidence of all academic qualifications (First School Leaving Certificate, WAEC, NCE, Degree Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma, Master’s and PhD).
Other documents are Certificate of membership of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), NYSC Discharge and Exemption Certificate, BVN print out, NIMC Card cum Certificate and score print out.
The release further directs Candidates to place all their original documents in one office file jacket while the corresponding photocopies should be kept in another traditional paper file not a plastic file.
Candidates are advised to make inquiries, complaints or get further information through the designated helplines from 8am to 4pm daily.
